Hiking trails to suit anyone’s taste: always in the midst of pure nature, secluded if you choose or with opportunities to stop at inns, beer gardens and traditional cabins.

for download Hiking to your heart’s content and depending on your fitness – in the Upper Bavarian Tölzer Land, you will find intimate family-friendly hiking trails along our lakes and rivers, through fields and forests or in the foothills of the alps. If you are looking for excitement, you can also scale the peaks, for example on the Brauneck with the Benediktenwand alpine ridge, the Gratweg on the Herzogstand or the peak of the Schafreuter, the highest in Tölzer Land at 2,100 meters – right on the border to Tirol.
Those with plenty of time can pass through Tölzer Land on the Via Alpina and Maximiliansweg long-distance hiking trails. And for all who want to find themselves as pilgrims on a spiritual journey, the Jakobsweg Isar-Loisach-Leutascher Ache-Inn now also passes right through Tölzer Land.
